Step out of the holiday rush and into a sanctuary of calm. The Peace Soirée is a one-day wellness retreat designed to restore your body, quiet your mind, and spark joy during the busiest season of the year. As an escape from the over-consumption and madness of Black Friday, the day is centered on presence, renewal, and peace.

Kate Mak

Kate is a master yoga teacher and trainer (E-RYT 500) with 15+ years at Junction 9. As a national ParticipACTION Ambassador and sought-after retreat leader worldwide, she empowers students and teachers with her soulful, transformative approach to movement and mindfulness.

Lisa Marie Shelly

Lisa Marie is a Barre Belle Master Trainer with honours certifications in Fitness, Nutrition, and BASI™ Pilates. Known for her empowering and transformative classes, she blends strength, science, and artistry to inspire confidence and lasting change.

Jasmin Shannon

Jasmin is a certified breathwork teacher (YACEP) trained under L.A.’s Bianca Harris. What began as a retreat practice became a life-changing journey, and she now guides others through powerful breathwork sessions that honour its ancient roots and open pathways to deep self-discovery.

Jessica Rodrigues

Jess is a 3000-hour RMT and E-RYT 200 Yoga Instructor at Junction 9. Creator of Touch and Release, a restorative yoga practice with massage adjustments, she blends movement, mobility, and healing touch to help people feel deeply at home in their bodies.

Devan Rylee

Devan Rylee of Wellness Era is a retreat host, sound healer, reiki practitioner, and meditation coach. She creates transformative spaces that blend ancient healing practices with modern mindfulness.

Dr. Brittany Wickert

Dr. Brittany Wickert is a Doctor of Acupuncture & Traditional Chinese Medicine and yoga instructor specializing in women’s health, fertility, pregnancy, and postpartum care.

You’re welcome to join us for any single class (or 2-3), or immerse yourself in the full day experience. The itinerary is intentionally designed to flow smoothly.

None at all! Every class is designed to be beginner-friendly, with options and adjustments offered along the way. Whether it’s your very first time or you’re bringing a friend who’s new to yoga or pilates, you’ll be supported, challenged at your own pace, and guaranteed to have a great experience.

If you’re joining us for the full day, please arrive 15 minutes early so we can begin promptly at 10:00 AM with welcoming remarks. If you’re coming for a single class, plan to arrive about 10 minutes before your session begins to get settled in.

Street parking around the building is free on Saturdays. If you prefer, there’s also a large paid parking lot conveniently located across the street.

Yes! Peace Balm will be integrated into the sessions so you can experience it firsthand, and you’ll also find exclusive event-only deals available for purchase.
