U.S.A. ORDERS (SHIP TIME: 5–7 DAYS)

All orders in continental US receive free shipping on orders over $80 USD; otherwise, shipping will be a flat rate of $5 USD per order. Orders paid for will be fulfilled within 2–5 days. Our third-party shipping company will then take 2–4 days for delivery. This timeframe is subject to third-party courier delays.

After your order has been marked as shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number for your order. We ship via USPS, FedEx, DHL, and UPS for American orders.

Please note that goods being imported (by you) may be assessed for applicable customs duties, taxes, and charges. It is your responsibility to pay for any duties and taxes.

CANADIAN ORDERS (SHIP TIME: 2–8 DAYS)

All orders in Canada receive free shipping on orders over $100 CAD; otherwise, shipping will be a flat rate of the equivalent of $5 CAD per order. Orders paid for will be fulfilled within 3 days. Our third-party shipping company will then take 2–10 days for delivery. This timeframe is subject to third-party courier delays.

After your order has been marked as shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number for your order. We ship via Canada Post and UPS for Canadian orders.

PROOF OF DELIVERY

Most of our carriers will provide a photo as proof of delivery. Once proof of delivery has been confirmed, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure your delivery address is secure and accessible.

PREORDER POLICY

We appreciate your preorders for our products! Estimated delivery dates will be specified on the product page. Estimated release dates may change, and you can cancel your preorder at any time before shipment, with refunds following our standard policy.
